Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative, value-driven solutions to streamline our sales process and improve user experience.
- Support the development and launch of new features and functionalities throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to implementation and release.
- Generate product requirements and solutions that integrate feedback from stakeholders to boost user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with parallel product teams to understand and coordinate future roadmap capability needs and assist in prioritizing roadmap capabilities with a value-driven approach.
- Understand how your products and focus areas fit into the overall sales process and how other groups and functions may utilize or leverage information from your product.
- Drive seamlessly integrated solutions rather than standalone independent features.
- Work closely with the engineering team to support the creation of your product through a well-structured Agile Scrum model and set of ceremonies (Daily Standup, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives) where you are an active participant.
- Learn to understand how your product is utilized post-launch, gather feedback, assess the outcome of achieving the anticipated business value, identify improvements and enhancements, and continuously refine based on a business value-driven approach against other features.
- Maintain quality as the highest standard. As trade-offs for your product need to be evaluated, quality should not be compromised.
- Develop into a subject matter expert in the sales enablement and platform domain.
