About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PACU Nurse to join our team at United Surgical Partners. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services.

Responsibilities
  • Implement all physician orders and provide comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest perioperative practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PACU or ICU with a strong background in perioperative care.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
