To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Certification and experience as a SwimAmerica instructor.
  • Completion of the SwimAmerica site supervision certification, or ability to obtain.
  • Must have competitive swimming experience; knowledge of swimming techniques and teaching methods preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain required.
  • Previous experience working in a swim program preferred.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
