Job Overview

We're looking for a talented Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and design account plans that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales revenue in accordance with company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to drive growth.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support the development of new business initiatives.

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development.

  • Travel up to 60% to visit clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A BA or BS equivalent in Engineering with a Business-oriented mindset.

  • Minimum three years of industry-related experience in a sales or supporting sales position in the assigned discipline (IRF, Commercial Refrigeration, FRL, Compressors, Distribution, etc.).

  • Knowledge of System Controls and Power is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, SAP preferred.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and drive results in a matrix organization and high success of internal and external stakeholder relations.

  • Effective and relevant presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders' communication.

  • Professional, tenacious, and strong convincing communication skills.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
