ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver engaging courses that ensure the achievement of learning outcomes and stimulate active student participation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational setting.
- A Master's degree or higher in the Life Sciences, with a preference for candidates with a specialization in Microbiology.
- Familiarity with Brightspace Learning Management System or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience in online teaching and/or relevant teaching certifications is highly desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse student body.
- Experience working with a multi-lingual student population is preferred, reflecting a commitment to the open access mission of community colleges.
