Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at The Exeter Inn. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Set up and break down events according to BEO and floor plan outlines
• Service events with attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance
• Provide exceptional service to guests, including delivering beverages and attending to their needs
• Tend to stationary hors d'oeuvres or perform passed hors d'oeuvre service
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year serving experience in a high volume full service restaurant
• Prior wine/liquor knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a constructive, team working environment with a positive, upbeat and customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days
