Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine lubrication, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment.
  • Assist and oversee work conducted by external contractors.
  • Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
  • Schedule and execute preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards according to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain the facility's grounds and systems.
  • Operate equipment as required and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and planning abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Aptitude for investigating and resolving mechanical issues.
