Job Title: Requirements Manager

247 Records is a leading provider of screening and verification services to businesses and individuals. As a Requirements Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our virtual assistant team and maintaining the highest level of security and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage virtual assistants to ensure efficient operations and maintain security and compliance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist virtual assistants with identity verification, document collection, and record organization.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Any ongoing or college education is a plus.
  • Experience in management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English language.
Important Notes:

This is a competitive position that requires a thorough review of your resume, work history, and background. You will need to provide a background report and undergo a background check. Disqualifying background information includes sexually explicit content, association with criminal organizations, and misdemeanor or felony convictions related to theft. Inconsistent or inaccurate information, failure to complete onboarding tasks, and refusal to supply requested information are also disqualifiers.

Hours and Pay:

20-30 hours per week, $25 per hour.
