Job Description
You will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include providing patients with behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. You'll also participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students and screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.

Your treatment approach will involve cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods. You'll systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $82,450 in Rhode Island.
