Tax Attorney

We Are Tax Revolution is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax preparation, compliance, and client service in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Conduct thorough research on various aspects of tax law, including federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Prepare and review a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, tax returns, corporate documents, and estate planning documents.
• Meet with clients to gather information, explain tax law implications, and discuss potential strategies or outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and support firm initiatives.

• J.D and Bar Admission to either Connecticut or New York.
• CPA is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in Tax Law.

• Up to $175K base depending on experience.
