Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at The Bernard Group.

This role involves fabricating and assembling plastic products using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.

Key qualifications include a two-year Technical or Trade school diploma or certification, or equivalent work experience, and two years' minimum related experience in a fabrication field.

A strong knowledge of plastics fabrication, general tool knowledge, and ability to work unsupervised, make decisions independently, and solve problems effectively and creatively are essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively convey ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively, and be fiercely loyal to our customers and team.

Additionally, the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines is required.

As a member of our team, you will use various fabrication techniques to assemble products, verify settings, maintain specifications, and meet production goals.
