Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
- Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
