Caregiver for Seniors

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Northern Metropolitan Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Northern Metropolitan Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Monsey, NY, committed to helping our residents achieve their maximum potential for independence, personal comfort, and quality of life. Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on improving overall well-being through various services, including Skilled Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitative Care, and Recreational Activities.

• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as required.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as getting dressed and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output.

• A valid LPN license.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Good standing with the State Registry.

This is a union position, offering a base rate of $30.13 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. We offer a warm and supportive environment, making us an excellent choice for those seeking a rewarding career in long-term care.
