Position Overview

CGT U.S. Limited is currently in search of a Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our dedicated team.

Daily Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a key communicator for resolving issues between clients, production teams, and suppliers, ensuring excellence throughout the supply chain.

Key Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering direct assistance in the development and execution of systems aimed at enhancing the Quality Management System.
  • Overseeing quality-related challenges within the manufacturing division, including internal, supplier, and customer-related metrics.
  • Providing on-site support as necessary and performing analysis on returned materials to identify the root causes of customer complaints and quality challenges, while guiding the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with Process Engineering and Product Development teams to assess and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures, thereby boosting speed, quality, and output.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients, both verbally and in written form.
  • Compiling corrective action reports for both customer and internal issues.
  • Initiating and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to a workplace culture that aligns with the company’s core values and vision, while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in problem-solving scenarios.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Preferred background in the automotive supply sector.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment, such as ISO standards.
Preferred Qualifications
