We are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to enhance our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals who appreciate outdoor work and are comfortable with hands-on tasks. The perfect candidate will be dependable, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with others.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weed management, and irrigation.
  • Operate commercial landscaping equipment such as zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
  • Ensure safety protocols are prioritized at all times.
  • Maintain landscaping equipment in optimal condition.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • A strong work ethic is essential.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to schedules.
  • Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks in varying weather conditions.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
  • Capacity to comprehend detailed instructions.
  • Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with personal protective equipment, including eyewear, steel-toed boots, gloves, and ear protection.
  • Proficient in operating lawn mowers, clippers, and weed eaters.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to fulfill job duties.
