Job Summary:
Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through excellent guest service and assisting customers with rental equipment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
  • Fitting guests with equipment - we'll train you
  • Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
  • Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
  • May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
