We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced instructor to join our team at Topsarge Business Solutions. As a Small Arms/Towed Artillery Repairer Instructor, you will play a critical role in the training and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Expert Instruction: Provide academic instruction on Two Level Maintenance for small arms weapons, covering a range of firearms such as shoulder-fired weapons, handguns, machine guns, mortars, and towed artillery weapons.
  • Update Training Materials: Update academic and doctrinal publications, and oversee maintenance of vehicles and equipment related to the instruction.
  • Lead Classroom Sessions: Lead classroom/laboratory sessions, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises as per course curriculum and technical manuals.
  • Provide Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to students through critiques and assist in enhancing lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with Instructors: Collaborate with instructors to prepare and review training materials, conduct testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of lesson content.
  • Refine Curriculum: Act as a subject matter expert in refining Program of Instruction (POI), Lesson Plans, and Training Support Packages.
  • Support Student Success: Support students with remediation training and ensure the effective setup and maintenance of classrooms and training sites.
