Your Role

As a full-time Retail Operations Supervisor, you will deliver compassionate, friendly, and professional service to our patients. You will guide patients and caregivers in selecting cannabis products, discussing effects, potency, dosing, consumption methods, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will require you to:

  • Provide tactical support to ensure patient care and efficiency while acting as a Leader on Duty (LOD).
  • Open the store and prepare staff for incoming customers.
  • Train new employees on our POS system and e-commerce platform.
  • Assist patients with complex inquiries regarding product usage.

It is essential to possess strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence as you will collaborate with a diverse team.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site at our dispensary. Flexibility is required for scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Must meet age requirements as specified by state regulations.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry is advantageous.
  • Flexibility regarding work schedule is essential.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Capable of standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Able to handle cash or card transactions using an electronic processing system.
