**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller Associate. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in cash handling, customer service, and technical skills in Windows and Microsoft Office.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role involves:

  • Accurately processing teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
  • Assisting with end-of-day balancing and adhering to all DCU policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with members
  • Identifying members' needs and promoting financial products and services to meet those needs

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Technical skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
  • Bilingual skills a plus
