Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Cashier to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience:
  • Engage with customers and patients to provide a positive and personalized experience
  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Model and share customer service best practices with team members
• Operations:
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently on assigned cash register
  • Collect cash and distribute change as requested
  • Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
  • Recommend items for sale to customers and assist with OTC products
• Store Maintenance:
  • Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised
  • Maintain records and check in merchandise as required
  • Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
• Teamwork:
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean and orderly store environment

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
