As a Surgical Technologist Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care. You will:
- Maintain and organize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist healthcare professionals in caring for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Ensure that all necessary instruments and supplies are readily available in the operating room.
- Support the sterile team by performing scrub and circulating duties.
- Implement aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Prepare patients for surgery by positioning and draping them appropriately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
