Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and HVAC systems.
  • Inspect and repair electrical wiring and fixtures.
  • Repair and maintain hand tools used on job sites.
  • Perform plumbing and electrical work, including installing and repairing equipment and wiring.
  • Assume supervisory duties in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform diverse maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to maintenance work.
