As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with our accountants to ensure seamless financial operations. You will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements, scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook, and maintaining accurate contact information for our ownership group.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating meeting books in Diligent, maintaining and updating all ManagTech files and e-files, and coordinating catering for all meetings. You will also be responsible for coordinating the signing of documents for our owners and ensuring the executive area, executive offices, and boardroom are clean and tidy for meetings.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating requests from our legal and accounting teams and providing backup support to our Office Administrator during care time and vacations.

Other responsibilities may be assigned by the Office Administrator and Ownership.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with extensive experience in handling confidential information. You will also need to be experienced in Microsoft-based applications, specifically Outlook, and have good communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

You will also need to be able to work with minimal supervision and set goals independently, as well as establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
