Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  2. Engage with guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks.

  4. Combine ingredients to create cocktails.
  5. Verify guests' identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
  6. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  7. Focus on guest satisfaction and foster an exceptional dining experience.
  8. Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
  9. Follow a daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedule.
  10. Maintain cleanliness of bar top, display shelves, and other visible areas throughout the shift.
  11. Implement proper opening and closing procedures for the bar.
  12. Ensure accurate and timely POS transactions for all guests, processing sales within 1-2 minutes of serving drinks.
  13. Do not initiate new orders until previous orders have been processed.
  14. Lift and stock all bar products, including beer, wine, liquor, and garnishes, with the ability to lift significant weight.
  15. Handle cash responsibly and follow proper procedures for the bar drawer and guest transactions.
  16. Maintain guest relations by meeting needs and requests within designated timeframes, consistently exceeding expectations.
  17. Follow safety and health guidelines to ensure the well-being of self, employees, and guests.
  18. Manage inventory according to proper pouring procedures to guarantee drink quality and responsible alcohol service.
  19. May be required to conduct pour tests periodically.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Positive demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
  • TABC Certification is required.
