At DAHER, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.

Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex and detailed inspections in support of Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, and aircraft certification. This includes performing visual, mechanical, and functional inspection duties on detail parts, sub-assemblies, installations, and aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections of detail parts, sub-assemblies, installations, and aircraft to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct destructive and non-destructive tests as required.
  • Review aircraft and engine logbooks for pilot reports and squawks that require correction by production personnel.
  • Perform buy-back inspections on major items or squawk items and sign-off logbook and pilot reports upon completion of work.
  • Monitor assigned work areas for adherence to processes and procedures, proper use of tools and fixtures, and safety practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Inspector or equivalent position performing quality inspections in a manufacturing setting.
  • Moderate understanding of general aspects of Quality and aircraft manufacturing.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Must have high attention to detail with the ability to work thoroughly and quickly in a production environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
