Role Responsibilities

The RN Resident is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to departmental requirements and professional standards:

  • Assessing patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts, identifying and reporting changes
  • Performing medical procedures and monitoring as directed by healthcare providers
  • Documenting care provided in the patient medical record accurately and promptly
  • Responding to patient requests with exceptional care
  • Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • A Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the State
  • No prior experience required
  • Willingness to travel for training as necessary
