Restoration Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Elite. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water and fire damage situations, providing top-notch service to our clients, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional results.

• Respond to emergency water and fire damage situations, providing prompt and effective service to our clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Perform water extraction, mitigation, and drying services, as well as fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material, and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including daily progress reports, moisture logs, safety logs, and diagrams.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest restoration techniques and technologies.

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or restoration field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with 3 years clean driving history.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs+ and stand, walk, bend, and sit for long periods of time.
