About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aid to join our team at PACS Inc. As a Dietary Aid, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals to residents
  • Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes
  • Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at the beginning of shift
  • Operate dishwasher and prepare nourishments and snacks
  • Sweep and mop kitchen, carry out trash and garbage, and put groceries away in a safe and orderly manner
  • Participate in the orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read technical procedures and recipes
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
  • Must obtain and maintain food handlers' certification
Work Environment
