CDL-A Regional Van Truckload Driver Home Weekly

As a Regional Van Truckload Driver with Schneider National, you'll enjoy a consistent flow of freight and a high volume of miles. Our predictable power lanes ensure you'll have a steady stream of revenue, allowing you to maximize your drive time and minimize downtime. With our advanced dispatch system, you'll receive your assignments in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan your routes and make the most of your time on the road.
Compensation and Benefits
Our Regional Van Truckload Driver position offers a competitive pay package, including mileage pay, hourly pay while on duty, and weekly performance pay. You'll also be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers. Plus, enjoy paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year. Our annual bonus program allows you to earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you'll need a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). If you're looking to get your CDL, we offer company-paid CDL training programs or you can call us at 800-447-7433 to discuss your options.
