Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required.
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the scanning process.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and imaging results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT technologist.
  • Active VA State license and certification in CT scanning.
  • Strong IV skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in EPIC and other relevant medical software.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations.
