- Conducting three-point communications with employers, injured employees, and healthcare providers in a dedicated account environment; this role is client-facing.
- Engaging with clients daily and assisting employees at the moment of injury.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A valid RN license in Arizona; CCM certification is preferred.
- Experience in Workers' Compensation Case Management is advantageous but not mandatory.
