Behavior Analyst Lead

Job Summary: Foundations Autism Center seeks a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team. This position requires expertise in behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation for preschool/school-aged children and adolescents within our ABA program.
About the Role: As a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst or on track to be certified/licensed, you will provide behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee the work direction of Behavior Technicians and Lead Behavior Technicians. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to BCBA/BCaBA and RBT as outlined by the BACB regulatory standards.
Duties: Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting data analysis, providing work direction, and offering clinical supervision. You will also focus on changing the child's behavior by observing and measuring it in real-life environments, gathering behavioral data to track progress, and assisting with parent training.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Requirements include previous experience or knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field, and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA). Additionally, you must be licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Minnesota and have at least one year of experience working with special populations in behavioral intervention.
Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive salary range starts at $75k - $85k per year. We offer health, dental, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, six paid holidays, and excellent continuing education opportunities.
