Job Responsibilities:

• Equipment Preparation: Our team members are responsible for performing mechanical and general appearance reconditioning of equipment for trade-ins and preparing new equipment for delivery.
• Parts Identification: They identify and determine the parts required for repair of disassembled units, ensuring that our equipment is restored to its original condition.
• Warranty Documentation: Our team members identify warrantable repairs and document them on the repair order, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
• Work Area Maintenance: They maintain the appearance and safety of their work area, adhering to our high standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Road Testing: Our team members road test vehicles when necessary, ensuring that our equipment is safe and reliable.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: We require body shop technician experience, as well as prior painting experience, which is preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and specialized training and experience in the repair/refinish of all series of truck and trailer are preferred.
• Skills: Our team members must be proficient in the use of all tools of trade, including welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools, as well as basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Age Requirement: Our team members must be at least 18 years old to comply with our company driving policy.
