Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:- Implement patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient progress and plan care.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent required within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients required within sixty (60) days of hire.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
