Wellness Ambassador

At Restore Hyper Wellness Woodbury Long Island, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hyper Wellness Representative. As the face of our location, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients achieve their wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships and packages that align with clients' wellness objectives
• Provide informative tours and educate clients on service pairings
• Assist clients with scheduling and membership inquiries via phone and in-person
• Ensure clients complete waivers prior to service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and employees
• Utilize web-based platforms for communication with leads and clients
• Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications
• Act as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries and concerns
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including checklists and sales dashboards
• Represent the Restore Hyper Wellness brand by embodying our core values and mission

Requirements:

• Passion for health and wellness
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Technical proficiency and ability to manage multiple web platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
