Hilton Hotels is seeking a skilled Mechanic/Power Plant Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of hotel equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor, repair, and conduct routine preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and machinery.
- Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to guest calls and work orders to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
