Position Summary:
As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment at our state-of-the-art facility. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining the integrity of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve complex machinery failures and operational issues.
2. Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and replace or repair components; conduct both major and minor repairs.
3. Install and maintain electrical systems, including transformers, wiring, and electronic machinery components.
4. Assemble and service piping systems along with hydraulic and pneumatic apparatus.
5. Ensure the upkeep of the facility's physical structure.

6. Operate machine tools (e.g., lathes, grinders, mills) to fabricate and repair parts, tools, and fixtures.
7. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to enhance equipment longevity.
8. Manage complex troubleshooting and repairs, including PLC programming and hydraulic system repairs.
9. Document work progress in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
10. Collaborate with reliability teams to manage inventory of parts and tools.

Training and Development:
Provide training to fellow maintenance technicians on essential troubleshooting techniques, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance practices.

Continuous Improvement:
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Flexibility:
Be prepared to work various shifts and overtime as required, including on-call duties.

Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma with seven years of experience in electrical, technical, and mechanical maintenance.
Preferred: Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience, particularly in a CNC machining environment.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, climbing, and lifting (typically less than 50 lbs). Must be comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces.
