About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Architect to join our team. As a Snowflake Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement logical data models for enterprise data warehouses
  • Review and ensure enhancements are done as per approved design architecture
  • Actively engage in review estimation along with BA and Data Engineering Lead
  • Drive performance optimization and security architecture wherever needed
  • Provide thought leadership and architectural technical guidance to the Scrum team
  • Review and approve production migration approaches and deployments
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Snowflake Architect
  • Overall 12 years of experience in data and analytics solution build and implementation
  • Experience in data mesh and data products implementation
  • Experience in data governance solution and metadata management
  • Experience in big data technologies and architecting enterprise data warehouses
  • Experience in reporting and visualization tools ecosystem for canned self-service and reporting
  • Experience in architecting solutions with cloud and data platforms like Azure, AWS, and Databricks
  • Experience in working with large diversified teams for building current state knowledge bases
  • Experience with application development lifecycle and technologies like CICD, Java, Python, Chef, Puppet, and Ansible
  • Hands-on experience in Python and Spark for data preprocessing, transformation, and integrations
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project governance and enterprise customer management
  • Knowledge of SAP Hana and SAP BW is an added advantage
  • Certifications: Minimum one certification of AWS, GCP, or Azure
