Job Title: Mechanical Hardware Engineer Graduate

Job Summary:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Hardware Engineer Graduate to join our team. As a Mechanical Hardware Engineer Graduate, you will be responsible for developing expertise and practical knowledge of applications within the business environment. You will work with a team to provide design, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts, exercising independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Level Product Design Engineers in designing computer system infrastructure and components and sub-assemblies.
  • Research and document component parts and generate Bills of Materials.
  • Perform thermal, acoustic, electrical, and mechanical testing of components and systems to validate and generate test reports for the design against program requirements.
  • Work in a lab environment validating and qualifying conceptual designs and prototype product implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Typically, 0-2 years' experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience or understanding of Solidworks, Pro E, or other 3D CAD software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of design for sheet metal and plastic parts and associated production tooling and processes.
  • Understanding of thermal properties of materials and heat transfer.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
