We are seeking a skilled Painter - AK to join our team at All Wall Contracting, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces, determining repairs that can be accomplished by our building staff or referred to a contractor, ensuring the availability of supplies required for the job assignments, and ensuring assignments are completed in a safe, proper, and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Read blueprints and assist other trades as needed to support them in completing their work activities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Field Job Superintendent to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration with other trades on the job site.
- Maintain tools and painting equipment, such as sprayers, sanders, and rollers, to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Operate various painting tools and equipment, including HVLP and conventional equipment, to prepare surfaces and apply finishes.
- Paint various surfaces, including buildings, handrails, floors, steps, and other facilities, to maintain them in an attractive, safe, comfortable, and operating condition.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, masking, and filling nail holes, cracks, and joints.
- Procure equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure the availability of required items.
- Transport tools, equipment, and sundries to the job site to ensure the availability of materials required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the effective functioning of the work unit.

Safety glasses and earplugs are required to be worn on the job site at all times.
