Starting at $29.25 (DOE) plus a $1,600 Hire-On Bonus for Full-Time positions.

On-Call Opportunities Available

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:

$2/hr for Evening Shifts (Monday - Friday)

$3/hr for NOC Shift (Friday)

$3/hr for Day, Evening, and NOC Shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

Sapphire Health Services is a reputable provider of senior care solutions, dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents. We are focused on delivering compassionate and individualized care within a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. We are currently looking for skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our proficient nursing team and deliver outstanding care to our residents.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be instrumental in providing direct care and assistance to our residents under the guidance of licensed nursing personnel. Your responsibilities will include aiding residents with daily living activities, fostering their independence and well-being, and contributing to a warm and inviting environment where residents feel valued and respected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with the policies and procedures of the facility.
  • Deliver direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding, in accordance with individual care plans and preferences.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper body mechanics and assistive devices as necessary.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, and other pertinent information, reporting any changes or concerns to licensed nursing staff.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance, demonstrating compassion, patience, and empathy in all interactions.
  • Support the implementation of therapeutic and recreational activities designed to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care and meet the individual needs and preferences of residents.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging socialization and engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice.
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
