Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in conversations and activities that promote their well-being.
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certified Home Health Aide License in the state of New Jersey.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Evidence of Tuberculosis screening that meets CDC guidelines.
  • Evidence of D.C. Health Certificate/Physical Examination.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Ability to pass OSH's HHA competency exam with a score of 80% or greater.
