About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team at KBR Government Solutions. As a Boiler Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our industrial boilers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to operate and maintain industrial boilers.
  • Monitor and control boiler performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing boiler equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the power plant.
  • Document and report any issues or concerns related to boiler operation or maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Boiler Operator or in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Boiler Operator or in a related field.
