Personal Trainer Job Description

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients
  • Conduct fitness assessments and provide guidance on exercise techniques
  • Lead group fitness classes and workshops
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular feedback
Requirements:
  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
