Job Overview
PruittHealth is committed to the health and safety of our workforce, patients, and nurses. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) on our hospice team, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes or care facilities. Our goal is to increase the level of comfort for hospice patients and provide temporary relief to families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care services in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Perform personal hygiene aspects of care, including bathing, oral hygiene, skin care, and hair care.
  • Assist with transfer of patients, ambulation, and exercise as ordered.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Requirements:
  • Active, current, unrestricted Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
  • Maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
  • Empathetic attitude toward care of the terminally ill and their families.
  • Understanding and commitment to PruittHealth's mission.
