Mail Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mail Services Associate to join our team at The Millennium Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and packages to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients and departments.
  • Collect and prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
  • Track and maintain records of mailing and shipments.
  • Perform data entry as needed.
  • Manage inventory of mail and shipment supplies.
  • Deliver supplies to designated locations as needed for mailing projects.
  • Process outbound shipments via various couriers.
  • Schedule freight for pickup.
  • Process international shipments.
  • Cross-train on other functions, including reception and print services.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft software.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements.
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Attention to detail.
