Job Opportunity for Neonatologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) Women and Children's Hospital in Charleston, WV.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Level-III, 30-bed NICU with an average daily census of 24. Our team of 4 neonatologists and 3 neonatal nurse practitioners provides 24/7 in-house coverage with support from NNPs primarily in the newborn nursery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in teaching and education of medical students and residents from WVU School of Medicine and West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine
  • Consult with pediatric sub-specialists representing over 30 specialties
  • Option to cover at nearby Level-II NICU
Requirements

BC/BE neonatologist with 3 or more years of experience in a busy Level-III/IV NICU. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
