Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness. Your expertise will include supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants, monitoring resident health, safety, and well-being, and maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness
  • Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies
  • Maintain clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
  • Promote a high level of service to residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company
  • Conduct thorough resident assessments

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with current LPN license
  • At least 2 years' experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting preferred
  • Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or other related dementias
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, and of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness residents
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications

Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
