We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in the Computer Science and Cyber Engineering programs within the College of Engineering and Science at Louisiana Tech University.

About the Position

This is a tenure-track position that involves teaching, research, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of courses in computer science and cyber engineering, develop and maintain a research program, and contribute to the college's mission and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science and cyber engineering
  • Develop and maintain a research program in computer science and cyber engineering
  • Contribute to the college's mission and activities, including service on committees and participation in departmental and college-wide initiatives
  • Advise and mentor students
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide events and activities
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, or a closely related field. The candidate should also have a strong background in teaching, research, and service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
