Clinical Coach - Education

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coach - Education to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach - Education, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of clinical education programs for new nurses in the Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs for new nurses in the Emergency Department.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to new nurses to ensure successful transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based clinical education programs.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of new nurses to assess their progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including nursing leadership and department directors.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
